On the 23rd and 24th of November this year, the International Congress “The Best & More 2023” was held in Warsaw at the Arche Puławska Residence Group hotel at Puławska Street, under the media patronage of Radio Kolor, Why Story Magazine and Głos Seniora company. During the first day of the congress, there were discussion panels, The Best & More 2023 title ceremony, artistic performances for example Marek Kościkiewicz performance, a vernissage of Elżbieta Murawska and an integration dinner. The second one was devoted to Business Speed Dating according to the motto: We connect people, businesses, generations.
The moderators of the event were: Beata Sekuła – maineditor of “WHY Story” and the leader of the Charismatic Woman Association and Witold Casetti – TVN’s journalist, reporter of the “Good Morning TVN” program and participant of the reality show “Robinson’s Expedition” and the program “Europe can be liked”.
The main topics discussed at the conference were: the highest quality, the latest technologies, safety, efficiency and popularity of the latest generation products and the human factor, social responsibility, care for the health and development of employees’ competences, support for the local community, ecology, as well as the ability to adapt to changing working conditions. The main theme was “Business with a human face in times of challenges and changes – Health, innovations, CSR quality, changes and challenges in the economy”.
It all started at 9:00 a.m. At that time, the registration of participants took place. Then, there were attractions such as: the vernissage of Elżbieta Murawska, the promotion of Krzysztof Kubiak’s book or the promotion of the stands of the event’s partners. At the same time, the invited guests also had time for a coffee break and talks behind the scenes.
At 10:00 a.m. the welcome ceremony was held. It was made by Mr. Władysław Grochowski – President of the Arche Group, Janusz Cieślak – President of the European Business Club and other moderators.
A quarter later, the conference time became much more pleasant because of an acoustic performance by Andrzej Domżoła – a guitarist, vocalist and composer of rock music.
From 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the attention of the conference participants was directed to panel I devoted to the promotion of health-related issues such as building immunity, rational nutrition, supplementation, physical activity and recreation, as well as health and beauty as manifestations of external and internal beauty. Among the people leading this panel are such personalities as: Dr. Och Bataa (Mongolia) – nephrologist, owner of a natural medicine clinic in Warsaw, founder of the Ground Golf Club, Dr. Ewa Piacentile (Italy, USA) – dentist, vice-president of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Leszek Krześniak – owner of a medical office in Warsaw and President of the Kosciuszko Association, Anna Flasza – the owner of the Mazowsze Medi Spa Hotel in Ustroń, Dorota Batorowska – director of ZEPTER – Warsaw, Wiktoria Puchała – owner of Wiktoria Day Spa, Adam Trzebinczyk – director of the Railway Hospital in Katowice, attorney Robert Teodorczak – founder of the Equestrian Centre in Maiejów, Katarzyna Kowalik – European Bikini Fitness Miss, Michał Kowalik – World Champion in bodybuilding and Anna Tekielak – the promoter of healthy eating.
During the break, there was meet & greet with the writer Krzysztof Kubiak, vernissages of works of arts by Elżbieta Murawska and Hakoba Mikayelyan from Armenia, and discussions of the participants of the event.
At 12:30 p.m. the second panel began. Education, training, culture, art, local governments, fashion, beauty, media and social activity. The panel was attended by: Elżbieta Murawska – a renowned painter, illustrator of the Grimm Brothers’ Fairy Tales, winner of many awards in Poland and abroad, as well as the president of the pharmaceutical company KROTEX, her daughter, also a talented painter – Larysa Jaromska, Danuta Kuklińska – designer of DK Kuklińska Fashion from Krakow, Karo Glazer – singer, composer, music producer, Michał Rosicki – founder of Red Producers, Krzysztof Kubiak – author of the novel “Children of a Worse City”, photographer from New York, Agata Rakotny – Manager of the “Cechownia” Club in Gliwice, Karolina Hudowicz and Paulina Górniak – founders of BeFree sp z o.o. Training and Development, City Halls, Castle Museum in Pszczyna and Piotr Górajec – Deputy Director of the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów and Hania Derej -young talented pianist and composer.
The panel was followed by a speech of Hania Derej, the winner of the Polish composers’ competition.
Only a quarter later, Panel III concentrated on the topic of Business with a human face: technologies, innovations and CSR began. Among the people responsible for its implementation were: Władysław Grochowski – the president of the ARCHE Group, Grzegorz Głasek – President of SPS Construction, Hania Derej – renowned pianist, winner of the Polish composers’ competition, Karolina Imiolska – Regional Marketing Manager of Nepi RockCastle, attorney-at-law Nadija Hinderer – Owner of the “Temida” Law Firm, Natalia Skoworodko and Paulina Chojnacka – Don Caruso, PartnersPOL Group.
At 3:45 p.m. it was a time of another great musical performance- Karo Glazer, also known as Lady Dynamite. She is famous for her four-octave voice, as well as providing the audience with positive energy and good emotions. The star has performed on the biggest music stages, from New York’s Blue Note, through London’s West End, to the great Open’er Festival.
This was followed by the award ceremony for The Best & More.
The Beautiful 50-year-old statuette was also given to: Katarzyna Kowalik – Miss of Europe in Bikini and Fitness and to her husband – Mikołaj Kowalik – the World Champion in bodybuilding
The participants had the opportunity to see another performance, this time by Mr. Marek Kościkiewicz – vocalist, guitarist, as well as music composer and author of lyrics to the greatest hits, including the band De Mono. He has given concerts in Poland and abroad for example, in the United States, has sold over a million albums and received many prestigious awards and distinctions, including the Leader by Vocation award. The performance was phenomenal and the artist was asked for an encore many times. He also agreed to perform with the other artists.
The first day of the conference was crowned with a dinner with an integration evening at 6:30 p.m.
On the second day, from 10 a.m., participants had the opportunity to take part in the Business Speed Dating the attraction mentioned before.
The conference was a well-organized and pleasant event, abounding in various shows providing artistic impressions. Its participants will surely have wonderful memories from these days.
