An interwiew with Katarzyna Nowak – founder of the Lekko2 brand and naturopath – pharmacy to holistic health support, the intuition of a woman who never gave up, and about family that gives her strength. She was just nominated for the Charismatic Woman award.
Has charisma been with you since birth?
I think so, in a sense. My mother always said I was „born with a silver spoon in my mouth,” but today I know that charisma isn’t just an innate trait. It matures with a person—with experience, courage, and the number of times they’ve been able to rise up after difficult moments.
My mother had a huge influence on who I am today. She was a strong, wise woman, full of class and intuition. She taught me that life should be lived with dignity, hard work, and heart. Today I know that true charisma comes from authenticity, inner strength, and the ability to remain true to yourself even after life’s storms.
Where did you go to school?
I graduated from the W. Broniewski 5th General Secondary School in Katowice, with a biology and chemistry major. Even then, I was interested in topics connected with people, health, and everything related to helping others.
I dreamed of medicine, but „truth is stranger than fiction”. I married quite young, I quickly had a child, and my plans changed. Today I look back on it with gratitude because I know my path was meant to be this way.
First, I graduated with a degree in foreign trade, then started working in a pharmaceutical wholesaler. Over time, however, I returned to what was closest to my heart and completed a five-year master’s degree in health education with rehabilitation.
Was that a five-year master’s degree?
Yes, exactly. I remember it as a time of immense effort, but also of great satisfaction. I worked full-time, ran a household, raised my son, and often studied at night. It was an intense time, but that’s when you truly discover how much strength and determination you possess.
I wrote my master’s thesis on homeopathic treatment because it wasn’t just an academic topic for me. It was part of my life and my journey as a mother.
My son was often sick as a child. Then I met an exceptional pediatrician who opened up a completely different perspective on a child’s body and wisely supported health. This experience had a profound impact on my subsequent professional and life path. It was then that I understood even more deeply that health is not just a symptom and a diagnosis—it’s a person as a whole.

What was your career path like?
My career path was intense, but also incredibly fulfilling. I worked in a pharmaceutical wholesaler for 20 years. I started as a warehouse worker and eventually rose to the position of wholesale director. This experience taught me responsibility, management, working with people, and self-discipline. At the same time, since 2006, I have been developing my own business – initially focused on mediation and training, and later also on healthy lifestyles and natural methods of supporting the body.
A very important step in my development was earning the title of apprentice naturopath. For me, it’s not just a formal title, but confirmation of the path I’ve been following with complete conviction for years. Naturopathy is extremely close to my heart because it’s based on a holistic approach to health and a holistic approach to the individual.
What equipment do you have and what therapies do you use?
I work using modern methods that support the body in a natural and holistic way.
In my practice, I use, among other things, a hyperbaric chamber, a hydrogen generator, microcirculation therapy with a BEMER device, and Quantum bioresonance, which helps me tailor my support to a more personalized approach.
It’s also important to me to support people not only in terms of health, but also in terms of well-being, appearance, and relaxation. That’s why I also offer my signature BelViso facial massage. But the most important thing in all of this isn’t the device itself, but the person. Equipment is a tool. The most important thing is to look at the body holistically and support it with mindfulness, knowledge, and respect.
What are you most proud of in your professional work and in your personal life?
Above all, it’s that I didn’t give up. That despite difficult moments, I was able to maintain my heart, light, and strength to continue.
I’m proud that I’ve constantly developed and had the courage to begin new stages. I’m also incredibly proud of my son, who is developing professionally, running his own business, and passionately forging his path.
I’m also incredibly grateful for my family and for meeting a wonderful man, who is now my partner. It’s a relationship that gives me strength, peace, and the feeling that we can walk through life more beautifully together. And professionally, it’s incredibly moving.

How do you promote your health services?
Primarily through authenticity, relationships, and the results of working with people. I believe the best form of promotion is always someone who feels cared for, returns with trust, or recommends me.
I participate in various meetings and events where I share knowledge and show people that there are also natural, supportive ways to care for their bodies.
My clients range in age from younger people who want to focus on prevention and well-being to those over 50 who are looking for natural forms of support. I think people are increasingly mature in understanding health more broadly—as quality of life, regeneration, and daily self-care.
How do you relax?
I relax most when I can feel space, breath, and lightness. I love cycling with my partner—for me, it’s not only a form of exercise, but also a way to spend time together and simply pause in the everyday. I love the sea, walks on the beach, and exotic travels because they give me a sense of freedom, freshness, and inspiration. I enjoy discovering new places, cultures, and people.
I also enjoy relaxing music, reading, and moments of silence. Over the years, I’ve learned that rest is not just about free time, but also an inner acceptance of lightness.
What are your plans?
I want to continue developing my business and building a brand that will be associated with quality, trust, professionalism, and a holistic approach to health.
I would like to further develop the place where I work with people, strengthen my brand, and create a space where people come not only for therapy, but also for peace, knowledge, hope, and a sense of being cared for.
I still have a lot of passion, energy, and the belief that what I do has meaning. And in my personal life? I simply want to live authentically and consciously.
Because I truly believe that life is beautiful – you just have to learn to live lightly.
