Wioleta Bo\u017cek has always enjoyed managing. She is the owner of Boston Travel Agency in Chorzow. Accurate and specific \u2013 everything must be arranged. Born in Wielu\u0144, she lived there until she turned 19. Moved to Silesia to study and graduated in Tourism, Recreation, Hospitality and Catering from the Upper Silesian School of Economics in Katowice. She has just been nominated for the title of Charismatic Woman<\/em>.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Many years before entering the travel industry, Wioleta worked in financial management. She served as a billing manager in retail business, including the renowned chain of bakery-bakery shops called K\u0142os. She had a wide range of responsibilities, having previously managed the finances of many stores, gaining experience in the sector. However, it was travelling that had always been her passion – primarily organized by her parents, and then on her own.
The decision to move into tourism was made 10 years ago. The fact Wioleta loved planning trips – both her own and for friends – started it all. At some point she thought this could be a new career path. She bought off a travel agency active in business for five years, and began to develop it according to her vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenging business during pandemic<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In three-year time, Wioleta gradually developed Boston Travel, gaining a circle of loyal customers. Then the pandemic occurred as a huge blow to the travel industry. For two years she struggled to keep the company afloat, coworking with other travel agencies and adapting to the new reality. Thanks to her determination, she managed to survive the most difficult period, and after the pandemic, the business was up and running again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wide selection and quality at the highest level<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Boston Travel specializes in organizing individual and group trips – for companies, schools, seniors and travelers looking for an unforgettable experience. The most popular destination is Italy – from historic Venice to charming Naples. The owner has also introduced a new destination – Calabria, and has more destinations planned. In addition to Europe, she also offers exotic trips.
The emphasis is put on each and every customer, thus the highest quality of service is essential – from a high standard coach, to good hotels, to highly qualified pilots and a wide variety of attractions. Each trip is worked out to the smallest detail to meet the expectations of each participant. Her commitment keeps many clients coming back for more adventures, and they often recommend her office to friends and acquaintances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a tour operator, Wioleta Bo\u017cek has got all the necessary permissions and insurances, giving customers a guarantee of safe travel. She regularly renews the required certifications, including travel insurance for clients. Her company meets the highest standards, and she herself is constantly training to better respond to the changing market needs.
She also plans to share her knowledge and experience by teaching the profession to young students from travel schools. She is convinced that professionalism and quality service are key to success in this demanding industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Private life and plans for the future<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Despite busy schedule, Wioleta finds time for private life. She proudly mothers two sons, who live in London and work in top management positions. Her husband is involved in building swimming pools in Poland and abroad, which also means lots of traveling.
In the future, she plans to launch a new travel destination and modify her office\u2019s website to make it more user-friendly and accessible to clients. Despite her intense work schedule, she also tries to find moments to relax and take care of herself.
She points out changes in tourism – today it is accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. Clients are able to tailor a trip to their budget, and Wioleta aims to provide them with unforgettable experiences and top-notch service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
