Beata Chaczko, the founder of Magic School network of bilingual Polish-English education facilities, successfully implementing innovative solutions for children\u2019s education for more than 20\u00a0years. This energetic leader has now set herself another ambitious goal: pro-health education and natural support for health of children and their loved ones. She was awarded the title of\u00a0Extraordinary Charismatic Woman<\/em> and\u00a0her original project was nominated for The Best & More.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

She\u2019s pedagog by training, thus her professional career started with the establishment of an educational institution \u2013 the English language school for children \u2013 which appeared to be a significant success. This particular experience taught Beata Chaczko the importance of early childhood education. Magic School\u2019s kindergartens and nurseries were created with the all-round development of children in mind, so it was a natural step to introduce elements of holistic health-promoting education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mission: family health and well-being<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

She has long observed parents struggling with childhood illnesses and lack of appropriate tools and expertise. That\u2019s why she decided to develop the Healthy Kids Academy project, which provides parents with expert and practitioner-based solutions to minimise the stress and anxiety associated with caring for their children. She\u2019s implemented a variety of educational tools promoting pro-health attitudes and natural methods of supporting health. She sees a great need to create health awareness beneficial not only to children and their parents, but also to entire families.
She targets parents, believing that health education should include the whole family and has created an online course, i.e. the Healthy Kids Academy, including video lessons, webinars, support groups and discussion forums to help parents learn and implement natural methods of looking after their children\u2019s health. On her own experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Last year, she qualified as an herbalist-phytotherapist. Mothering two sons, now aged 12 and 20, she regrets that as a young parent she didn\u2019t have the knowledge she has now. She would have avoided many of their illnesses and hence lots of stress and sleepless nights. Having run kindergartens, nurseries and an English school for children for more than 20 years, she\u2019s noticed illnesses to be the problem most often keeping young parents up at night. The Healthy Kids Academy course is an extraordinary knowledge of professionals, doctors, holistic and natural medicine specialists on pregnancy, babies and children.
Beata Chaczko believes that wellbeing and health are important in business. Without them, it would be difficult to achieve success. It\u2019s not the goal that is important, but the path being a wonderful adventure. She says that it\u2019s important not to forget to live in the present moment, have trust in the universe, knowing that everything happening to us happens actually for us on purpose. Our main goal on this earth is growing, getting in tune with our hearts, getting out of programmes imprinted during childhood, at school, at home, in society. It is necessary to leave the ego for the sake of the heart and feeling. That\u2019s where one can find all the answers.
Having been in business since the age of 20, she has experienced many difficult moments and is surprisingly grateful for them. Today she knows those past experiences made her grow, able to tame her ego, to turn inwards, towards feeling. She has learned to meditate, to be in nature, to appreciate and be grateful for what she has, and to stop focusing on lack. It\u2019s important to understand the other person. She has forgiven everyone who hurt her. She trusts the energy guiding and wanting all the good for her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Achievements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As the winner of the Extraordinary Charismatic Woman title, she\u2019s proud of what she has achieved through her own work and commitment. She\u2019s happy seeing her children develop healthily and happily thanks to her original programmes. Combining work and family life is a challenge, but thanks to the commitment of her team and loved ones, she manages to achieve this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Revival and balance in life<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Beata Chaczko recharges her batteries through physical activity, meditation and time spent with her family. She plans to further develop the Magic School network, introduce new educational programmes and expand pro-health activities.
