On the 23rd and 24th<\/sup> of November this year, the International Congress “The Best & More 2023” was held in Warsaw at the Arche Pu\u0142awska Residence Group hotel at Pu\u0142awska Street, under the media patronage of Radio Kolor, Why Story Magazine and G\u0142os Seniora company. During the first day of the congress, there were discussion panels, The Best & More 2023 title ceremony, artistic performances for example Marek Ko\u015bcikiewicz performance, a vernissage of El\u017cbieta Murawska and an integration dinner. The second one was devoted to Business Speed Dating according to the motto: We connect people, businesses, generations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The moderators of the event were: Beata Seku\u0142a  – <\/strong>maineditor of “WHY Story” and  the leader of the Charismatic Woman Association and Witold Casetti<\/strong> \u2013 TVN\u2019s journalist, reporter of the “Good Morning TVN” program and participant of the reality show “Robinson’s Expedition” and the program “Europe can be liked”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main topics discussed at the conference were: the highest quality, the latest technologies, safety, efficiency and popularity of the latest generation products and the human factor, social responsibility, care for the health and development of employees’ competences, support for the local community, ecology, as well as the ability to adapt to changing working conditions. The main theme was “Business with a human face in times of challenges and changes \u2013 Health, innovations, CSR quality, changes and challenges in the economy”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It all started at 9:00 a.m. At that time, the registration of participants took place. Then, there were attractions such as: the vernissage  of El\u017cbieta Murawska<\/strong>, the promotion of  Krzysztof Kubiak’s book <\/strong> or the promotion of the stands of the event’s partners. At the same time, the invited guests also had time for a coffee break and talks behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 10:00 a.m. the welcome ceremony was held. It was made by Mr. W\u0142adys\u0142aw Grochowski \u2013 President of the Arche Group, Janusz Cie\u015blak \u2013 President of the European Business Club and other moderators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A quarter later, the conference time became much more pleasant because of an acoustic performance by Andrzej Dom\u017co\u0142a \u2013 a guitarist, vocalist and composer of rock music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the attention of the conference participants was directed  to panel I <\/strong> devoted to the promotion of health-related issues such as building immunity, rational nutrition, supplementation, physical activity and recreation, as well as health and beauty as manifestations of external and internal beauty.<\/em> Among the people leading this panel are such personalities as:  Dr. Och Bataa<\/strong> (Mongolia) \u2013 nephrologist, owner of a natural medicine clinic in Warsaw, founder of the Ground Golf Club, Dr. Ewa Piacentile<\/strong> (Italy, USA) \u2013 dentist, vice-president of the Florida Chamber of Commerce, Dr. Leszek Krze\u015bniak<\/strong> \u2013  owner of a medical office in Warsaw and President of the Kosciuszko Association, Anna Flasza \u2013<\/strong> the owner of the Mazowsze Medi Spa Hotel in Ustro\u0144,  Dorota Batorowska<\/strong> \u2013 director of  ZEPTER \u2013 Warsaw, Wiktoria Pucha\u0142a \u2013 owner of  Wiktoria <\/strong>Day Spa, Adam Trzebinczyk<\/strong> \u2013 director of  the Railway Hospital in Katowice, attorney Robert Teodorczak <\/strong> \u2013 founder of the Equestrian Centre in Maiej\u00f3w, Katarzyna Kowalik \u2013 European Bikini Fitness Miss, <\/strong>Micha\u0142 Kowalik – World Champion in bodybuilding and Anna Tekielak <\/strong>\u2013 the promoter of healthy eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education, training, culture, art, local governments, fashion, beauty, media and social activity. <\/em>The panel was attended by: El\u017cbieta Murawska  \u2013 a renowned painter, <\/strong>illustrator of the Grimm Brothers’ Fairy Tales, winner of many awards in Poland and abroad, as well as the president of the pharmaceutical company KROTEX, her daughter, also a talented painter  \u2013 Larysa Jaromska<\/strong>, Danuta Kukli\u0144ska \u2013 designer of DK Kukli\u0144ska Fashion from Krakow, Karo Glazer<\/strong> \u2013 singer, composer, music producer, Micha\u0142 Rosicki<\/strong> – founder of Red Producers, Krzysztof Kubiak<\/strong> \u2013 author of the  novel “Children of a Worse City”, photographer from New York, Agata Rakotny <\/strong> \u2013 Manager of the “Cechownia” Club in Gliwice, Karolina Hudowicz<\/strong> and Paulina G\u00f3rniak \u2013  founders of BeFree sp z o.o. Training and Development, City Halls, Castle Museum in Pszczyna and <\/strong>Piotr G\u00f3rajec \u2013 Deputy Director of the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilan\u00f3w <\/strong>and Hania Derej<\/strong> -young talented pianist and composer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only a quarter later, Panel III concentrated on the topic  of Business with a human face: technologies, innovations and CSR began.<\/em> Among the people responsible for its implementation were: W\u0142adys\u0142aw Grochowski <\/strong> \u2013 the president of the ARCHE Group, Grzegorz G\u0142asek  \u2013 <\/strong>President of SPS Construction, Hania Derej<\/strong> \u2013 renowned pianist, winner of the Polish composers’ competition, Karolina Imiolska<\/strong> \u2013  Regional Marketing Manager of Nepi RockCastle, attorney-at-law Nadija Hinderer<\/strong> \u2013 Owner of the “Temida” Law Firm, Natalia Skoworodko and Paulina Chojnacka <\/strong>– Don Caruso, PartnersPOL Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is famous for her four-octave voice, as well as providing the audience with positive energy and good emotions. The star has performed on the biggest music stages, from New York’s Blue Note, through London’s West End, to the great Open’er Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Beautiful 50-year-old statuette was also given to: Katarzyna Kowalik \u2013 Miss of Europe in Bikini and Fitness and to her husband – Miko\u0142aj Kowalik – the World Champion in bodybuilding<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants had the opportunity to see another performance, this time by Mr. Marek Ko\u015bcikiewicz \u2013 vocalist, guitarist, as well as music composer and author of lyrics to the greatest hits, including the band De Mono. He has given concerts in Poland and abroad for example, in the United States, has sold over a million albums and received many prestigious awards and distinctions, including the Leader by Vocation award. The performance was phenomenal and the artist was asked for an encore many times. He also agreed to perform with the other artists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
